Prior to starting demolition

• Collect samples, photograph and follow preservation pre-trial order
• Clean and set up garage for storage and order Pod if needed
• Clean and cover stone/tile/wood floors 

Removal and store the following for re-installation

All material is wiped down, cleaned with antibacterial agent and ready to be reinstalled prior to storage. Wood window treatments, light fixtures, cabinets/tops, closet shelving, bathroom hardware, appliances, plumbing fixtures, interior doors and hardware. Appliances, electrical fixtures/lights to be inspected prior to re-installation for corrosion

Certified Inspections: BESI certified inspectors following a tested protocol to provide documentation to be used for income tax deductions, attorney use, mortgage forbearance, property appraiser’s tax reduction

Preservation of evidence: photograph documentation of demolition and collection of sample evidence as per pre-trial order.

Prior to drywall being re-installed

Third party inspection for Chinese drywall clearance letter. Spray antimicrobial agent to kill bacteria found in Chinese drywall and ionize to neutralize smell in concrete block & plywood. Wipe down stud space, run air scrubbers and HEPA vacuumed all surfaces.
